Process Engineers Profile Description Qualifications Bachelors in Chemical Engineering Experience 2+ yrs. of experience in Process Design Preparation of BEPD documents Equipment selection Process design for pilot or commercial scale plant based on laboratory or preparatory scale process; Material and energy Balances; Equipment and Utility sizing; PFD, PID, PDS and PIDS; and SOPs and Control Philosophy and design Preparation of preliminary list of equipment including plant/ utilities/ storage, equipment design requirements and specification, BOM for entire plant including piping, cabling and structural. Interacting / coordinating with detail engineering consultant and Interacting / coordinating with equipment and instruments vendors and also with project implementation contractors.
