Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in operating systems, networking, VOIP, IT security, and hardware installations. This role requires hands-on experience in configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT infrastructure components, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Responsibilities :

- Install and configure : Install, configure, and test hardware and software.

- Maintain : Maintain and update operating systems, applications, and network file systems.

- Troubleshoot : Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

- Secure : Secure data and systems, and ensure disaster recovery.

- Support users : Provide technical support to users, and ensure they have access to the right

systems.

- Manage inventory : Track and maintain hardware and software inventory.

- Manage accounts : Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.

- Onboard users : Create user accounts and assign permissions for new employees.

- Provide training : Provide end-user training on new software applications.

Skills and qualifications :

- Strong analytical skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking.

- Previous experience in an IT support role.

- Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
