As a Non-IT Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing the full recruitment lifecycle for various non-IT roles within the organization. This will include strategic planning, stakeholder management, and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all non-IT positions, from junior to leadership levels.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, including utilizing job boards, professional networks, social media, and other innovative channels.
- Spearhead bulk hiring and campus recruitment initiatives to meet large-scale hiring needs, fostering relationships with educational institutions and organizing recruitment drives.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop accurate job descriptions, and create effective interview processes.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information and recruitment progress.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, pipeline status, and market trends to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and recruitment trends to continuously improve our talent acquisition strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters or team members, if applicable.
Qualifications:
- MBA (Mandatory)
- 9+ years of experience in Non-IT recruitment, with a significant portion in a lead or managerial capacity.
- Proven expertise in bulk hiring and campus recruitment strategies and execution.
- Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to recruitment challenges.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
