Job Description
- LLB/LLM degree from reputed institution.
- 2-6 years of experience in working with in-house teams in Corporate Offices or law firms.
- Should have fare knowledge of drafting agreements and contracts.
- Should have knowledge of Negotiable Instruments Act, NI Act, Money recovering suit, IM reverse property, Arbitration, Labour Laws, Land acquisition knowledge for expansion & Title due diligence.
- Should have ability to interact and deal independently with Advocates, Government and Police Authorities.
- Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Should be a good team player.
- High professional integrity and ethical standards.
- Should be responsible and able to manage day-to-day work independently.
- Should assist Manager-Legal in day to day activities.
- Good command of MS Excel, MS word and Power Point etc.
