Sr. Executive - Accounts Payable

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sr. Executive Accounts Payable (Reconciliation) to manage vendor account reconciliations and coordinate with internal brand teams to ensure accurate and timely resolution of AP discrepancies. This role requires strong communication skills, an analytical mindset, and a collaborative approach to interdepartmental coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct regular vendor reconciliations to ensure accuracy of payable records.

2. Collaborate with internal brand teams to resolve invoice mismatches, GRN issues, and approval discrepancies.

3. Process, verify, and post invoices in compliance with company policies and timelines.

4. Communicate with vendors regarding payment queries and reconciliation statements.

5. Maintain thorough documentation to support all reconciliations and payments.

6. Assist in month-end AP closing and audit-related activities.

7. Generate and share reconciliation reports with brand and finance leadership as required.
