- As a GTM - US Market Specialist, your mission is to drive We360.ai's growth across the United States by building and executing strategic go-to-market plans.
- This role is ideal for someone who understands the B2B SaaS landscape and has a proven track record of launching, selling, or scaling SaaS products in the US region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the Go-To-Market strategy for We360.ai in the US, with a focus on B2B SaaS.
- Define ideal customer profiles (ICPs), target segments, and buyer personas.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to build region-specific messaging, positioning, and outreach strategies.
- Design and execute outbound campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and calling.
- Drive product-led growth initiatives, ensuring alignment between GTM and sales pipeline.
- Work closely with Account Executives and SDRs to enable sales conversions.
- Analyze performance metrics, conversion funnels, and customer feedback to iterate on GTM plans.
- Develop competitive intelligence insights to refine value propositions.
- Represent We360.ai in client demos, webinars, and virtual networking events for the US market.
Required Qualifications.
- 3-6 years of experience in SaaS companies (Mandatory).
- Prior experience managing GTM strategies specifically for US B2B SaaS markets.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS buyer journey, sales cycles, and customer success models.
- Experience working in US time zones and with US-based customers.
- Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and execution capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in productivity, HRTech, or employee monitoring SaaS tools.
- Background in early-stage SaaS startups with high ownership roles.
- MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.
