Executive - Event Operations

As an Event Executive, you will have the opportunity to coordinate for physical, hybrid and virtual events and meetings, while managing various internal and external stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the main point of contact to manage requirements from clients across various industries and liaise with internal teams, to create engaging virtual meeting experiences. We are looking for an individual with project management experience, preferably one with a technical background as well, considering the Virtual/Digital nature of these events. Live event executions of a technical nature are a part of this profile, with all requisite training provided.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage physical, hybrid, and virtual events from conceptualization to execution.
• Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual equipment rental, and vendor management.
• Develop event strategies aligned with business objectives and goals.
• Oversee event operations during setup, registration, program delivery, and teardown phases.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in event management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of corporate events planning principles and practices.
• Proficiency in financial management for event production costs control.
• Excellent client servicing skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients.
