Key Responsibilities: • Accounting & Financial Reporting: o Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with IND AS. o Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements). o Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing processes. o Work closely with senior management to prepare financial reports and analysis. • Audit & Compliance: o Liaise with internal and external auditors during audits and ensure all required documentation is available. o Assist in ensuring compliance with accounting policies, statutory regulations, and company procedures. • Account Reconciliation: o Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. o Review and reconcile general ledger accounts, including intercompany transactions. • Financial Analysis: o Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and provide insights to management. o Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes. • Documentation & Process Improvement: o Prepare and maintain accounting documentation to support financial transactions. o Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and controls. • Ind AS Knowledge Application: o Apply knowledge of IND AS to ensure proper treatment of transactions, including revenue recognition, lease accounting, financial instruments, and consolidation. o Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in IND AS and assess their impact on the company. Key Skills & Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field. Professional qualification CA (Chartered Accountant). • Experience: Minimum of 3 - 4 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting and audit, with a strong focus on IND AS
