UI/UX Designer - Adobe XD (3-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Apply UI/UX best practices to create compelling user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent.

- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to gather customer insights and define clear product requirements.

- Leverage cutting-edge AI and graphic design tools (e.g., Uizard, Midjourney, DALLE, Canva Magic Studio, etc.) to enhance visual and functional output, explore design concepts, and streamline the prototyping process.

- Ensure all designs are responsive, mobile-first, and adhere to web accessibility standards.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to continuously iterate and improve design solutions.

- Work closely with web developers to ensure the technical feasibility and accurate implementation of designs.

- Contribute to maintaining and evolving the company's design system and brand guidelines.

Key Requirements :

- Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio (e.g., on Behance, Dribbble, or a personal website) demonstrating user-centric design solutions.

- Hands-on exposure to modern AI and graphic design tools for web visuals and prototyping.

- Strong understanding of responsive design, mobile-first development, and web accessibility standards.

- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

- Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus, for better collaboration with developers.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
