The Role:
We're seeking a Head of Marketing who brings not just strategic thinking, but also hands-on execution, hustle, and a passion for building. This role is ideal for someone who has grown through the ranks, launched brands from scratch, and thrives in dynamic, high-growth environments.
You'll be responsible for shaping and leading the entire marketing function-from brand identity and packaging to digital campaigns and omnichannel engagement.
This is a builder's role, perfect for someone who's equally confident in creative brainstorms and leadership meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Identity:
- Define and lead brand positioning, tone of voice, visual identity, and purpose
- Craft a compelling narrative that unites themes of luxury, craftsmanship, and sustainability
- Oversee packaging design, brand guidelines, and consistency across all touchpoints.
Campaigns & Execution:
- Lead full-funnel marketing campaigns, including product launches, festive initiatives, and storytelling content
- Execute high-impact digital strategies across Meta, Google, email marketing, influencer collaborations, and more
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new product lines and sub-brands.
Cross-Channel Collaboration:
- Partner with sales, retail, and quick-commerce platforms (e.g., Blinkit, Zepto) for co-branded initiatives
- Design and implement BTL activations and in-store experience strategies.
Customer Engagement & Insights:
- Build and scale customer loyalty programs, CRM workflows, and feedback mechanisms
- Leverage customer insights, market data, and competitive analysis to inform marketing decisions.
Team Building & Leadership:
- Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing team across digital, brand, design, and performance marketing
- Collaborate closely with founders and cross-functional leadership to align marketing with business objectives.
Must have:
- A self-driven marketing leader with end-to-end experience-from campaign execution to strategic planning
- Known for rolling up your sleeves and driving results, not just building presentations
- A storyteller who values aesthetics, craftsmanship, and customer connection
- Obsessed with outcomes and real-world impact
- Experienced in D2C, digital-first, FMCG, or lifestyle brands
