Service Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities :

• Present, promote and sell services(AMC) using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers i.e Planning of potential after sales business- Generation Sale of AMC , Spares , Retrofitment through work planning.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Recovering lost business- Continuously improve through feedback

Preferred candidate profile :

• B. E Gradutate
• Minimum 1-4 years of experience in Service Sales, AMC , or relevant field
• Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Salesman or relevant role
• Energetic, Smart, Active and interactive enough with sufficient knowledge
• Understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills-
• Two wheeler is must as this role requires a lot of traveling
