We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the face of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients/architects.
Job Description:-
ï You will be responsible for project sales through architects / builder community in your respective region
ï Develop a growth strategy focused both on successfully executing company policy and conducting /giving professional presentation to HNI clients
ï Arrange business meetings with prospective clients/architects
ï® Build long-term relationships with new and existing architects
ï® Responsible for generating Leads /Follow ups through clients and architects (Key Decision Makers)
ï® Responsible for meeting TEAM Sales target through Project SALE in allocated territory.
ï® Will gather market intelligence, including information on clients and competitors in the Workplace Market Sector, industry trends, future projects, etc
ï® Responsible for the acquisition of new clients. He will be responsible for business development efforts that generate leads, enhance brand visibility, and Developing Cordial relations with NEW & Existing Architects in the Territory.
ï® Aggressive field experience as to how to create a data base for all the under construction High End Bungalows /Projects & identifying their prestigious Architects/specifiers.
ï® Build a strong sales pipeline. Identify customers who may purchase products and services at some point in the future, and plan and schedule follow-up communication.
ï® Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
ï® Monitoring and analyzing business development metrics, such as sales pipelines, conversion rates, and revenue generated. Using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize strategies for improved results.
Candidate Profile:-
ï® Smart, Energetic, Responsible, Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written) Presentable, Management skills, Dedicated, and with a clear employment background.
ï® Significant experience in selling high end /luxury segment products preferably from Architects/Interior Designers.
ï® Candidate must possess good confidence and communication skills to interact with HNI clients. Enjoying a preferred healthy relations with Architects/ Interior Designers/ Builders will be an added advantage
ï® Handling high end projects/ luxury Bunglows /Villas through a preferred segment of PMCâS/Contractors and Builders.
ï® Formal presentation skills with fluency in creating PPTâS/PDFâS for presentation to be submitted to the client
ï® Relevant Experience : 4+ Years with Institutional sales / Project Sales /Residential Sales(Preferably through Architects/Direct clients)
ï® Languages : English & Hindi/Regional
ï® Role- Business Development
ï® Conveyance is must
ï® Qualification:- Graduate/MBA (Sales/Marketing)
