Head production

We are seeking a seasoned Production Manager with extensive experience in managing large-scale production environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production engineering, heavy fabrication, and shop floor operations, combined with proven leadership in managing teams and driving efficiency in manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee end-to-end production operations, ensuring timely and quality output
• Manage heavy fabrication, assembly lines, painting, and welding processes
• Supervise and optimize shop floor operations to maintain high productivity standards
• Ensure adherence to product quality specifications and established safety protocols
• Coordinate manpower planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Conduct root cause analysis to minimize downtime and drive continuous improvement
• Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising product integrity or timelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and QA
• Maintain compliance with all internal and external regulatory standards
