Key skills for the job
Our growth lead shall lead Inbound and Outbound campaign to generate qualified sales leads and opportunities, focused on North America.
Responsibilities:
Planning: Map ICP's across TAM, design, calibrate and administer campaigns (email/paid and others).
Content creation and marketing: Create a content framework and coordinate internally as well as freelance writers to generate high quality content that delivers.
ABM: research and develop effective value propositions and messaging for target accounts and verticals. Create and execute an ABM plan to ensure the delivery of high-value content at the optimal moment in an accounts discovery and sales journey, capturing and nurturing leads.
Lead Management and Tracking: Score leads and track their progress through the pipeline to ensure higher Win Rates and broader impact.
Background and qualification:
- You should have generated leads @scale for a B2B SaaS product for a vertical before and you are up for building a demand gen organisation grounds up.
- You are an excellent marketer with experience partnering with sales teams to drive leads through multi-channel outbound and inbound marketing campaigns.
- You are a self-starter and work well under pressure in a high-growth environment that is constantly changing.
- You have an expert understanding of demand generation and a track record of owning campaigns and driving pipeline growth.
- Youll demonstrate excellent communication skills, including data crunching and storytelling.
- You are analytically inclined, with exceptional project management skills and rigorous attention to detail.
