Professor level with 10+ years of experience with research track record.

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Industrial Design Faculty member to join our academic team.

Qualification :- PhD. / M.Des in Industrial Design

Desirable Skills:

Product Design, Industrial Design, Digital Product Design, UI/ UX, Design Software (e.g. Rhino, Auto Desk, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver course materials in Industrial design, including lectures, presentations, assignments, and assessments.

Mentor and advise students in Industrial design, including assisting with portfolio development, career planning, and job placement.

Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their work, including critiques of design projects, written assignments, and presentations.

Collaborate with other faculty members in the department and across the university to develop interdisciplinary courses and projects.

Participate in departmental and university-wide activities, including faculty meetings, committees, and events.

Stay current with developments in the field of Industrial design, including new technologies, materials, and techniques, and incorporate them into course materials and teaching methods.

Engage in scholarly activities, such as research, publication, and conference presentations, to enhance the department's reputation and contribute to the field.

Requirements:

Demonstrated expertise in Industrial design, including a strong portfolio of design work and experience with design software and tools.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.

Commitment to student-centered teaching and to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the classroom and beyond.

Ability to collaborate with colleagues and work effectively in a team environment.

Demonstrated ability to engage in scholarly activities, such as research, publication, and conference presentations.
