Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Trainee to join our Human Resources team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about recruiting and talent management to gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles. Post job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms. Search and shortlist candidates from job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, etc. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and interviewers. Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.

Assist in employer branding activities and campus recruitment initiatives.

Key skills competencies:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of recruitment processes Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
