You ll own the end-to-end sourcing process.
Youll be in control, from understanding hiring requirements to delivering top-tier candidates.
Youll create impactful omnichannel strategies to attract diverse talent and master Boolean and keyword searches to find top candidates on online databases and social media. This ownership will empower you to impact PayPals talent acquisition significantly.
Your day to day-
Source large talent pools and build a pipeline of qualified candidates to build the next generation of PayPal.
Partner with Recruiter(s) and Hiring Manager(s) to understand hiring requirements and candidate profiles.
Elevate PayPal s employer brand and establish a solid LinkedIn presence and social media presence.
Proactively source from underrepresented backgrounds and generate a diverse pool of candidates.
Participate in weekly Syncs with Recruiter(s) and Hiring Manager(s) to provide a progress summary.
Maintain copious documentation of the candidate lifecycle in CRM & ATS (Eightfold + Workday)
Craft candidate outreach messages and drip campaigns to engage qualified talent pipelines.
Identify 35-40 Qualified Candidates per week for Technical Phone Screens.
Your quarterly KPI is to fill 12 roles per quarter.
What do you need to bring-
(5) Five plus years of sourcing and talent mapping with a global internet company, eCommerce, or financial services environment, with a strong preference for experience in engineering roles.
Youll be a data-driven Talent Sourcer, naturally attuned to metrics like response and pass-through rates, source of hire, time-to-offer-acceptance and candidate experience to deliver top talent.
You can communicate your competing priorities while ensuring professional tact and diplomacy.
You have demonstrated working independently and managing multiple competing priorities.
Drive uncompromising transparency, efficiency, and effectiveness across all operations.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new Recruiting systems and processes knowledge.
