Product Development Manager - .Net Core/AngularJS (4-8 yrs)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Leadership & Team Management :

- Manage and mentor a team of developers, ensuring smooth execution of projects.

- Define and track team and individual tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

- Proactively identify and resolve development roadblocks.

Hands-On Full Stack Development :

- Dot Net Core : Design, develop, and optimize back-end systems.

- Angular : Develop and maintain front-end applications using Angular 14+.

- API Development : Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration.

- SQL Server Database : Manage, optimize, and troubleshoot database performance.

- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code to support SaaS applications

System Performance & Security (Added Advantage) :

- Azure Server Management Optimize cloud infrastructure and deployment.

- System Performance Monitoring Identify and resolve bottlenecks.

- Security Best Practices Implement authentication, encryption, and data protection measures.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :

- Proven experience as a Development Manager or Lead Developer in a SaaS or enterprise environment.

- Strong hands-on development skills with Dot Net Core, Angular, SQL Server, and API development.

- Experience in full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from planning to deployment.

- Ability to manage and mentor developers, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS :

- Azure cloud experience Server management, performance optimization, security.

- CI/CD pipeline experience using Azure DevOps or similar tools.

- Experience in large-scale SaaS applications and microservices architecture.
