Business Analyst (3-4 yrs)

Role Description :

As a Business Analyst at XtraNet Technologies, you will be the bridge between our clients and our development teams.

You will play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements, ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of our clients.

Your ability to create clear and concise documentation and wireframes will be essential for the successful delivery of our projects.

Responsibilities :

- Conduct detailed requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.

- Analyze and document business processes and workflows.

- Identify and document functional and non-functional requirements.

- Create and maintain Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), Software Requirement Specifications

(SRSs), and user stories.

- Develop and maintain business process models and flowcharts.

- Ensure all documentation is clear, concise, and up-to-date.

- Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize system requirements and user interfaces.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure user-friendly designs.

- Present wireframes and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and approval.

- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.

- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements.

- Provide regular updates on project progress and status.

- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation.

- Ensure that the delivered solution meets the defined requirements.

- Identify and document defects and issues.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions.

- Contribute to the development of best practices and standards.

- Continuously seek to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications :

Education :

- MCA (Master of Computer Applications)

- BE/B.Tech with specialization in Computers/Electronics & Communication (or equivalent)

- M.Sc. in Computer Science/IT

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

- Experience in understanding user requirements and creating FRDs, SRSs, and user stories.

- Experience in creating wireframes of system envisages as per requirements.

Technical Skills :

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

- Proficiency in creating business process models and flowcharts.

- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools
