Oracle Consultant - SCM Module (5-7 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Consultant to join our team and provide expert guidance in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Supply Chain Management solutions.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Oracle SCM modules and business processes, with a strong ability to translate business requirements into effective Oracle-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle SCM modules such as Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Logistics.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and map them to Oracle SCM functionalities.

- Design and customize Oracle SCM solutions to meet client-specific business needs.

- Perform gap analysis, prepare functional specifications, and support technical teams during development and testing phases.

- Provide end-user training and support to ensure smooth adoption of Oracle SCM applications.

- Assist in data migration, integration, and system testing activities.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle SCM modules post-implementation.

- Participate in business process re-engineering and recommend best practices leveraging Oracle SCM capabilities.

- Document processes, configurations, and user manuals to facilitate knowledge transfer.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including technical consultants, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle SCM modules (Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Logistics, or related).

- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.

- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite SCM or Oracle Cloud SCM implementations.

- Proficient in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for report writing and troubleshooting.

- Familiarity with Oracle integration tools and APIs is a plus.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with business and technical teams.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within deadlines
