• Compliance verification of Contractor
• Contractual Manpower hiring as per Approved plan.
• Documentation for Contractual employee
• Attendance management
• Hiring of contractual manpower as per requirement
• maintain attrition and absenteeism within the targets
• Overtime Control and manage with on the targets.
