About the Role:
We're looking for a seasoned and results-driven Enterprise Account Manager to lead our sales efforts across Bangalore.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth environments, understands the nuances of regional enterprise sales, and is passionate about delivering AI-driven SaaS solutions that transform customer experience.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies for enterprise clients.
- Build long-term account plans aligned with growth objectives.
- Identify and pursue strategic enterprise accounts across the region.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with C-level executives and stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term value.
- Navigate complex decision-making structures within enterprise organizations.
Sales Execution:
- Own the full sales cycle-from prospecting to closing multimillion-dollar deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design tailored solutions.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure win-win outcomes.
Revenue Growth:
- Drive revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic account expansion.
- Maximize value per account and consistently meet/exceed sales targets.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive movements.
- Use insights to continuously refine and evolve your sales approach.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership to ensure client success.
- Align with senior leadership to drive strategic growth initiatives.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Regularly present account status, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Analyze sales metrics to make data-informed decisions and optimize strategies.
What We're Looking For:
Must-Haves:
- 12-16 years of enterprise sales experience in SaaS or enterprise technology. (Requesting candidates with relevant experience only to apply.)
- Proven success in managing long sales cycles and navigating complex deal structures.
- Demonstrated ability to grow key accounts and exceed revenue goals.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Skills That Set You Apart:
- Familiarity with modern sales methodologies like MEDDPICC or Challenger Sale.
- A deep understanding of the SaaS ecosystem and AI-driven platforms.
