Head - Performance Marketing - B2C/D2C Services Firm (10-19 yrs)

Our client is a well-funded B2C / D2C Services firm and part of a large group. They are well established and profitable. They are rapidly scaling up in the domestic market and plan to enter the international markets soon.

They have a large Digital Marketing team and are looking to hire a Head of Performance Marketing to support their growth.

This is a great opportunity to scale up a reputed brand and work towards global markets.

The incumbent will be responsible for :

- Head the Performance Marketing for the organization

- Manage Campaigns on Platforms like Google, Facebook, Linkedin etc

- Strategize a frugal approach to Performance Marketing

- Own metrics like ROI, CAC, CPC, CPM, CLV, Conversions etc.

- Stake holder management & communicate PM impact to them

- Team Leading and growth

The ideal fit would be a candidate with :

- Preferred a young, Digital Native worked with startups or New Age Firms

- 11 to 20 years of experience across Digital Marketing

- 3+ years of experience of Heading Performance Marketing

- Preferred a young, Digital Native worked with startups or New Age Firms

- Must be driven by numbers and be analytical & create innovative solutions

- Must have great experience on paid search, SEM, SoMe, Affiliate Marketing etc.

- Must have experience on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads etc

- An experience on managing influencer campaigns on Yahoo, Insta etc would be a plus

- Have managed a budget of atleast 30 cr+
