Zensar Technologies - Provisioning Manager - Project Management (8-10 yrs)

- Salesforce Experience: Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for tracking orders and updating opportunity records.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the full provisioning cycle from project handover to completion and validation from the customer and provider.

- Oversee provisioning tasks for new services, renewals, number ports/migrations (mobile & fixed), and disconnections of existing services.

- Collaborate closely with the relevant teams and to ensure timely resolution of any provisioning-related issues.

- Monitor the progress of provisioning tasks, provide regular updates, and escalate issues when necessary.

- Ensure all customer services are tested and fully operational before handing over to the Account Managers.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all provisioning activities using salesforce.

- Manage disconnection requests, ensuring proper authorisation and execution without service disruption.

- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a strong focus on user experience throughout the provisioning process.

- Continuously review and improve provisioning procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
