Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the video editing department for candid and cinematic wedding films
• Work closely with cinematographers and clients to deliver emotionally driven wedding edits
• Handle end-to-end post-production — from raw footage to final color grade and sound design
• Guide junior editors, ensure quality control, and uphold our unique visual storytelling style
• Take ownership of deadlines and editing pipelines
• Bring in fresh ideas for storytelling, pacing, and transitions
• Organize project files efficiently, with clean workflows

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience editing wedding videos
• Must have experience in shooting weddings (not just post-prod!)
• Strong storytelling and visual sense — creativity is non-negotiable
• Deep understanding of cinematic editing styles — pacing, transitions, soundscapes
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Da Vinci Resolve
• Adobe After Effects
