Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database/leads.
- Explain life insurance products and their benefits.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable insurance plans.
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact with prospects.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Accurately maintain call records, customer information, and feedback.
- Handle customer queries and objections effectively.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for seamless policy issuance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
Prerequisites:
- Minimum 6 months 2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the Life insurance sector.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in CRM tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Languages: Fluency in Hindi/English/regional languages as required.
