Store Incharge / Pharmacist

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day pharmacy store operations and team performance
  
• Dispense prescribed and OTC medicines with accuracy and legal compliance
  
• Supervise staff schedules, task allocation, and customer service delivery
  
• Review prescriptions, counsel customers on medicine usage, dosage, and precautions
  
• Manage inventory: inward/outward entries, stock audits, expiry checks, and reordering
  
• Maintain statutory records such as Schedule H/H1 register and daily sales/cash reports
  
• Operate billing software (POS), maintain hygiene, and ensure SOP compliance
  
• Coordinate with area managers and assist in reporting and store documentation
  

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Pharmacist: D.Pharm / B.Pharm with valid PCI registration is mandatory
  
• For Bangalore, Mysore, Mandya must have Karnataka PCI
  
• For Hyderabad must have Telangana PCI
  
• For Chennai – must have Tamil Nadu PCI
  
• Store Incharge: Graduate / D.Pharm / B.Pharm with 1–6 years in retail or pharmacy operations
  
• Male candidates preferred due to store shift and handling requirements
  
• Local address proof required for the location of posting
  
• Good communication, customer service, and basic system knowledge
