Likes:

Here they always keep you under utilized such that you can give your best. As per their policy, you can change projects after one year in current project. This internal change of projects gives you 15% of hike. Higher management is easily accessible. Managers are good and will trust you for everything and will appreciate a lot but the appraisal is similar to other companies. Notice period is 2 months.

Dislikes:

Limited projects, so if the current project is closed then it will be tough to find projects. But they will give you option to change technology if you are interested, else you have to search outside company.
