Tata 1MG is great workplace. Management is very familiar and supportive. Clean and attractive office. Flexible working hours. Aimed to task completion instead of making unnecessary pressure on employees.

No fix department to work with for a long time. Overall its an opportunity to learn about others teams tasks.

There was a pathetic culture in 1mg. Initially it was nice, but with siji and her ienergizer team along with sushma ( bad reference of an AM) jointly made the culture worse. They were into politics and just putting people down with their comments. HR charu is the best HR to prove that she is another janaani to talk shits about employees working within the company specially in customer service department. Siji has to bring in her own team so she planned properly to get a positive exits of old team members. With Sushma here was always ready to talk the place of the manager who referred her ( Thankless lady). HR - charu was only focused to know about the affairs within the teams and ths do some spicy gossips. Very toxic environment and very toxic management, fear to even approach HR. Better way to find a job and leave the company....Read More
