Well this Might be a Rare Scenario but Yes My Concern Manager was Extremely good to us and always cooperative ,But the International Team need an Proper Layout that has to be Planned by The HR head or the Senior Management .There are Lot of Atreration rate in the International Team ,Travel Policies need to Planned Properly .

Senior Management need to Review the whole International team again and Request them to take it serious .Visa Process is not upto the Mark and Even Travel Desk Person is not that Professional and Majorly the Salary deduction is too much ,I have seen any Big company where you have to pay your Telephone bill that you used for Company work .
