when i joined that company there incentive plan was very good.

your team leader will never appreciate your hard-work they want you to stretch your shift for free every single day, they will ask you for money if they want to celebrate Diwali, Eid, your team-mate's birthday even if your team leader want to give gift to his boss they will ask you for money, pathetic culture.

As this was my first full time job usually I achieved my targets, i used to guide students or you can say i used to sell our services in a way that student/parents will never think that i am a sales executive i used to enjoy my work learnt many things.
