Seniors are very partial and politicians, as they do branch politics. They never wants to groom you. Seniors never tried that you get appraisal or promotions. While they charge from subordinates for any work if they do. Worst working culture

Not much to like compared to IT companies.

Dislikes

Outdated and Jugaadu approach to everything. The culture is very much toxic, vast amount of in department politics and mis-management. The growth factor is almost 0, You are not going to learn anything new, same repetitive tasks everyday. HR Department is NON EXISTENT after you are hired. I've been working here for than a year now, after the recruitment I haven't had a single talk with HR<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. The appraisal system is very bad 5-10 percent increment after a year while the base salary is anyways low</mark>. Compared to other IT companies you will be working for pennies. Six days working, sometimes more than that "if the project demands". Company glorifies a culture where if you work after office hours, you will get promoted, this is super toxic. I would not suggest working in this company if you are a young professional looking to upscale your career, This is a good retirement plan and that's it....Read More

In aavas there is lack of holidays and leaves. There is no policy for employee retention and employee welfare. in fact they do not provide tea to their employees. in the days of closing there is no arrangements of food for their employee as they works late night.They do not give a single rupee or sweets or anything on the occassion of diwali. There should be a strict policy for holidays and leaves to their employees. only 3 sundays are available for holiday in a month. this must be changed<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. salary is very low and increment also at very low level</mark>. there must be fixed and strict policy regarding initial package of salary....Read More

There is a lot politics and the management doesnt address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

The job is quite interesting. Struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chence to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team
