The company has an open door policy and it allows you to connect with anyone in a team to discuss your key challenges or get mentorship about your future. Also, company offers a great salary benefit's to their employee's and ensure a great work life balance.

Dislikes

Company can be more focused towards the technology development as it enables an additional business opportunity to grow and acquire the market. However, the company has already started the work towards it but it would be great if they can prioritize and plan in more better way.

Products are in very initial phase, scope of projects are just automation of some tasks. Not like a typical product dev company with market competitive products, it is a financial service kpo which has a small tech division with some automation products.
