Iam working in Adarsh Developers from past 6 and half years as a project Engineer. But no one is worried about my professional growth. They take all kinds of work they want. Hence iam still working in low profile.

During that it was one of the best emerging & know for quality . Customer delight developer. Employess friendly and very well respected Managing Directors who respects the staff & his team members. Even today the company is know for its culture as employer friendly.

Dislikes

Developed in a steady manner and not came out of old traditional & family working culture. Shuold have adopted little more professional to grow bigger.to compet with international player. Time line in completion of the Project is one of the biggest draw back other wise it is one of the most trusted organistaion by customer as far as Quality and fairess in its dealing.

Work Details

I was a Project Engineer & taking care of construction of one Project . Coonidation with Consulatants , Archtects , Clinets & getting the drawing & deatils . Arragment of work man and getting it executed as per with in the cost & time line.
