Everyone has offer from this company must read this. Zero flexibility of time. Owner takes all decisions and team leads follow HR team never entertain and nothing is listened from employee instead they throw their pre decided speech like robot and avoid the point of discussion. Initially they don't say anything on our salary expectations but once we cleared all rounds of interview they act like their budget is not the same and eventually they catch us on their predecided salary range as HR get incentive for negotiation. When management feel you are overpaid suddenly they start misbehaviour with you and makes you prepare for resignation. There is dominant culture for juniors. Hygiene for most of the things is bad and neglected even after the employees feedbacks. Basically there is no thinking of innovation and growth. Work performance is not appreciated in terms of salary hikes but they make you feel senior by distribution performance trophies. Trips are also planned on weekend on week offs so the work should not be stopped even for a while. No offs are given post trips. They ask for team lunch or dinner against our will and not to bring tiffins on those days and very interesting is the cost is paid by us not by company. All of the staff is selfish and never think out of the box like they will be working in same company forever and not even hopeful for career growth. No mistakes are considered. You are taken granted. People scared of leaving company who are going to marry, have EMI, financial issues in both the ways wheather company fire them or they want to leave by themselves. Issue raised in feedback meeting are not taken seriously, meetings are only to know the thoughts of employees not to improve the service. Everything is for show off and hiding the bad side. HR team is very large in number and highly trained to scare the employees as all the decisions are made by owner and seniors use advantage of this and make owner happy by listening everything. HR team is worst. Company have to pay extra 1-2 months salary to employee when employee is fired immediately within probation and when employee has not resigned himself/herself. To divert employees company do something which I have mentioned below: They provide experience letter of any number of days in worked in probation when you are fired because they write in experience letter that you are willingly resigning and resignation mail is accepted even after you are not mailed for resignation. Be firm on your salary expectations when you are selected. Otherwise look for better than previous....Read More

There is absolutely no job security. You can be hired & fired, at will. Every Monday, you will find 'induction sessions' at the head office; such is the attrition rate. People prefer to abscond rather than deal with the toxic work culture. This is probably the first organisation that gives PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) for any frivolous reasons. It's pretty common to get PIPs within 1-3 months of joining. There is no scope of innovation & out-of-the-box thinking. The management is always takes the final call. The probation period is 3 months. Even after confirmation; you can be terminated on the spot (or forced to resign). If you even try to 'contradict' the management; your days are outnumbered here. All lackeys/yes-men/chatukaars have been given Employee or Performer of the month (EOM/POM) awards, so there is no scope of meritocracy. The coffee machine has insects. Avoid it at all costs. Cleanliness & hygiene is a problem here. If you're an introvert; you are doomed! The management forces you to participate in all activities. Otherwise, you will be blamed for 'spoiling' our 'great office culture' Unwritten rule: Before festivities and annual day, some teams must wait till midnight to complete the tasks. Despite having so-called monthly parties, there is less interdepartmental coordination. You are all for yourself. Every inch of the office, including branches, are covered by CCTV & the management checks them all the time from their cabin. So much for trust, privacy, and security! The older employees always try to put the newer ones 'under the bus' in front of the management as they are scared for their job. Hence, they suck up to them.
