The company is so unstructured, you end up doing a lot more than your JD and get reprimanded for not doing the extra work perfectly. There’s practically no work life balance. The management have no real skills.

This is the best company one could get to work with, I can say that the learning experience you will get here you won't get anywhere else. Open to innovation and learnings. Management is very supportive and always try to resolve your problems.
