The work culture is very orthodox in today's corporate world. All decisions and approvals is sanctioned from HO. There is very less scope of promotion & appraisals. Growth is very minimum. There is no specific salary structure for the employee. Personals developement is poor.
There is no fixed time table for me since Iam look after the territory.
In training period is good. Job security is very good but carrier growth is average. Salary is good for fresher. Learning environment is also good for fresher.
Team work is not good and growth is slow.There is only learning for fresher not for experienced.
Generally speaking ,my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire product servicing as well as manage day to day yield operation.I worked on the parts of the currency counting machine which is the product of the Glory.
