"I was hired as an RCM Specialist at Advantun Health, but after just two months, I was unexpectedly demoted to an Associate position without clear justification. The management at Advantun Health is highly unsupportive, frequently changing employee positions without proper communication. Asking questions or seeking clarity from managers often leads to threats of termination, creating a hostile and stressful work environment. Sujay, in particular, has been the worst manager I've encountered in my career, contributing significantly to the toxic atmosphere. There is unnecessary pressure placed on employees, and the overall work environment is extremely poor. I would not recommend working here."...Read More
