lack of leadership in present Country manager. little bit work on Salary & appraisal requirement , other wise its ok . Peruvian internal politics are too much with Country manager and corporate vs owner of the company.

I was happy with AJE INDIA PVT LTD. Its my baby which already grown and doing well , I got all type of exposure and experience . thanks to owner and management. which them all the best for future achievement.
