Lot of politics, people who do not know about the job will poke their nose. No appraisals and no growth, for eg. If a person joins as an executive, either he will resign or retire as an executive. With whatever designation you join, you will come out with the same designation. Due to insufficient knowledge of the present management, mental harassment is more.
