Nothing, except for the work ..there is many things to manage all together and many things to learn.

Terrible company - provide worst facility, worst food and most importantly maximum employees are uneducated and non-technical. Most of the higher authorities tries to satisfy their own ego rather then focusing into particular work. This is in reference to the Project manager specially. There no time limit of daily duty it can be more then 12 hrs but or even more then two shifts but in case due to work press you miss the biometric double punch .. salary will be deducted, on the contrary there no extra payment for over time. Even in summer when the temperature is 42 degree plus there is no AC , no cooling and even power shedding problem prevails in the site and nothing has been done for the benifit or the employees in the site....Read More

While joining everything seems fine but later multiple changes in the policy makes working harder.

Work Culture- Worst Culture, seniors are here only to poke. They act like security guard. One of them is really the character of “Shakuni Mama”. His sole responsibility is to passing floor information to Management. Firing people from job. Playing great politics at office floors. HR policy is nothing but joke as HR head is blowing the policies, and others are suffering. Lots of buttering to management. Director and VP is nice. HR will make you fool in the name of CTC....Read More

The worst salary structure I am an accountant and greeting in hand salary of only 10K after having 1.5 years of experience, The management is not supportive they bully juniors, Work life balance is worst, Promotion is worst, I think it is the worst company to work they are paying more salary than me to the employee who come from political refference having zero knowledge, They are forcing to work me for 12 hours a day. Unqualified people earning more than qualified educated people is the regular norm in this company. Don't go for this company unless you're desperate for a couple dimes.
