Nothing, except for the work ..there is many things to manage all together and many things to learn.

Terrible company - provide worst facility, worst food and most importantly maximum employees are uneducated and non-technical. Most of the higher authorities tries to satisfy their own ego rather then focusing into particular work. This is in reference to the Project manager specially. Thereno time limit of daily duty it can be more then 12 hrs but or even more then two shifts but in case due to work press you miss the biometric double punch </mark>.. salary will be deducted, on the contrary there no extra payment for over time. Even in summer when the temperature is 42 degree plus there is no AC , no cooling and even power shedding problem prevails in the site and nothing has been done for the benifit or the employees in the site....Read More
