Good work environment and culture, every one had worked together and helps also,how to overcome the problem.mangement support to everyone in tuff and easy time as per iso requirement safety policy,quality policy and vision of the organization,follow everyone and company give good salary and bonus every year.

There was a lot of issue about salary.
