1. No micromanagement of work is the best thing about this company. 2. Good team work.

Dislikes

1. No work-life balance. 2. Always salary & increment's are not on time. 3. You have to be available to work for 365 X 24 X 7 anytime. (work at late night, public holiday, weekends). 4. They prepare the work plan's & policies but did not follow it. 5. When you leave this company, you will get F&F after 6 month's, sometimes it more than this.
