No work life balance in the Lucknow office. They keep setting unachievable targets, and expect you to achieve them in unrealistic deadlines. Lot of micromanagement, you don’t get freehand while working. You have to report to every senior in each hour. Worst incentive policy, salary delay, and long hectic hours
