Training & innovation- No. because, I suggested and proposed to form a knowledge cell so many times for sharing knowledge, new ideas, experience and issues. Which is very important and helps everyone to achieve their work goals. Everytime they skipped the topic.
You have to do or follow managers/leads blind calls/actions. If you doesn't, you are out of the company.
Boring most of the time, but some times it's really challenging and exciting.

It failed to promote and keep the real head hunters who truely deserves appreciation for their hard work !! There is no support from the Manager side as the Manager would only rely on a Team lead , who is, in return , not doing anything apart from socialising and wasting time on many things and not taking the responsibility of a leader .. Also, Admin is very unresponsive to emails and calls.. There are always the pros and cons to every side but these are as per the experiences I would like to share ..
I join Us Tech as fresher and company gives me enough time and training to be a good and successful recruiter.My teammates are very helpful and kind people's they also help me a lot.Company culture is very standard and zero tolerance environment.i just left us tech coz I got opportunity in core sector otherwise us tech is best company to work with.

I work as technical recruiter for clients like Kaiser permanante, Johnson & Johnson etc.
Only the employees were good. Management is really worthless specially in Kolkata division. Even the vp Kolkata Never had a clue on what is going on.
I was handling a team for the client Huawei. And the i was the account manager for the same. But never got any kind of recognition from the management as they had no clue of what wad going on inside the company
