Antal International in general is a good company. But one should not join Aligarh franchise because the lady manager is worst. She doesn't have any work experience. She is a poor leader. Micromanagement is at its peak. Unrealistic expectations. Sickening work culture. No respect for employees. Very cunning and ill behavior. All the Team leaders are very supportive, helpful and encouraging. Talking about job security if you give your 100% your safe even if its taking time to get results but you should be someone with good attitude, ambitious, hard working and loyal towards your work. Antal gives a lot of learning opportunities and is always supportive
