Company is paying salary on time during COVID19. Working with Anunta is good for people who can put work his work on someone else shoulder. Office is in Nirlon IT Park, a very posh & beautiful location. For a fresher its good to join for some time. Salary is credited on time, last day of every month.

Dislikes

Work-life here is too upsetting. No night shift allowance. No transport facility. Senior management is hopeless. but you may rely on some top management. If you make mistakes there will be no one to rectify it & guide you politely & respectfully but instead your manager will disgrace you & yell at you even for very minor things. Themanagement never pays attention to people who actually work. Due to lot of politics & favoritism lot of people leave the company before completing a year. If you are on third party payroll they will treat you as orphans. Working here is a mental torture to yourself...Read More

Work Details

As a Service desk engineer I am answering calls & assigning tickets. Kind of a call center work with no technical exposure. Calling up unwanted people who has nothing to do with incident handling. Calling users who has never given feedback

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
