Everything is worst No good management Internal Politics Targeting a person TLs are bossy Egoestic people No growth Insensible manager TL calls even on week off to do extra work Need to work extra and No OT allowance Tortured when you are on notice period Treatening on calls we will do this and we will do that we will take strictaction Need to work even you are not well. Some ask for prescription even for fever TL gives last moment work on urgent basis when you are about to log out Comparison etc Salary is lowest in the market Expect us to work like they owned us as we are their LABOURS of their houses not the company no work-life balance, if client give any task you have to complete doesn't matter if you shift wnd or not. client or manager will call you for update even on Sunday. Manager will ask update even he knows that you're on leave....Read More
