I recently joined APL Apollo as a Graduate Engineer Trainee(GET) after completing my degree from NIT , and i am very happy with how my journey begun. During the initial induction program , the company provided excellent arrangements - including accommodation in a 3 - star hotel for the first five days , along with another five daysof hotel stay , complete with food and transportation . it made settling in very smooth and stress - free. The five-day induction sessions were extremely interesting , knowledge-rich, and truly enjoyable. we got detailed insights into the company's operations , technology, and culture . it was a great opportunity to interact with colleagues, mentors , and seniors which made me feel welcomed and motivated. i am grateful for the support APL Apollo has provided in kick-starting my career, and i look forward to contributing to the organization and growing professionally here....Read More

Dislikes

Work life balance is not satisfactory as on papers it is written as 6 days working however they work for 24x7 hours in a week.
